SCM FINE DIAMOND
SCM FINE DIAMOND is a polycrystalline diamond synthesized by a highly controlled impact compression process. It is a diamond powder with a polycrystalline structure consisting of countless nano-sized micro-diamond crystallites tightly bonded together. This special structure enables it to achieve a high level of polishing performance for precision machining of difficult-to-machine materials that has not been possible with other abrasives.
In addition, the advanced milling and classifying technology and strict quality control based on our own proprietary technology ensure a sharp classification width and high abrasive performance.

SCM FINE PASTE
SCM FINE PASTE with SCM FINE DIAMOND has excellent diamond dispersion and stability, and there is remarkably little concern about product degradation such as precipitation and separation, as well as extremely good cream elongation and entanglement with the workpiece.
Therefore, SCM FINE Paste has been developed with our proprietary technology to maximise the high polishing performance of polycrystalline diamond.It is particularly valued in the mould and die industry and specimen polishing where skilled techniques are required.
Choose from water-based and oil-based types. The diamond density and viscosity can be optimised relatively easily by using the special diluting liquid together.

SCM FINE SPRAY
SCM FINE SPRAY is designed to maximise the properties of polycrystalline diamond by controlling the diamond to the correct concentration and using liquid formulation and advanced dispersion technology developed by our proprietary technology.
This makes it relatively easy to achieve high polishing performance. In particular, it is ideal for use in precision mirror polishing of various samples of metals, ceramics, minerals and resins, as well as for use in table polishing machines.
It also offers high polishing performance at a low price and is extremely easy to use, helping to reduce costs.
